The UT Learning Center

If you need additional tutoring and/or counseling, the UT Learning Center (Jester A332A, 471-3614) is available to all students. Their trained learning specialists are available to talk privately with students about any academic concerns.  During long semesters, students can speak with a learning specialist Monday through Friday, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.  During summer sessions and between sessions, the hours are 9 to noon and 1-4 p.m.  No appointment is necessary.  Common topics include study effectiveness, test preparation, reading efficiency, note-taking, learning differences, time management, motivation, and academic anxiety.
